THAI Ground Customer Services Receives “Honorable Award for Excellent Service”

Mrs. Phakkhra Ruangsiradecho, Acting Executive Vice President, Aviation Business Unit, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), received the “Honorable Award for Excellent Service” for Ground Service Department on behalf of the Company from Mr. Bai Junkun, General Manager-Thailand, China Eastern Airlines, at Conrad Hotel, Bangkok. THAI received this award for the outstanding ground equipment support and customer services provided to China Eastern Airlines.

Currently, THAI provides ground customer services and ground equipment services to 72 customer airlines upon flight arrival in Thailand.
