Mr. Danai Kaewpradub, THAI Catering Chef, recently received a Bronze Medal from an international inflight meal cooking competition at the “Sky Delight Awards 2017” that was held during the Sky Service Forum 2017, all of which was organized by CJCS Aeromar Catering (Aeroflot Group). Traditional Thai dishes were used in the competition, such as Spiced Prawn Salad with Lemongrass, Chicken Massaman Curry, Salmon with Spicy Mango Salad, and Spicy Fried Chicken with Basil Leaves. In addition, he received the honor to be listed as a chef in the Russian Chefs Association and received a plaque for participating in the cooking competition in Moscow, Russia.
Sky Service Forum 2017 was organized to encourage inflight service development using advanced technology to upgrade various airline services. This is the first year that “Sky Delight Awards” was held and chefs from several airlines joined in the competition.
