Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) together with the Hajj Organizer Association, Hajj Organizer Association Southern Thailand, and Hajj Organizer for the Three Southern Thai Provinces arranged charter flights for those attending the Hajj Pilgrimage 2018 in Saudi Arabia. This year, THAI will operate 14 special roundtrip flights that depart from three destinations in Thailand: Narathiwat, Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi), and Krabi, and arrive in two destinations in Saudi Arabia: Jeddah and Medina. Departing flights will operate during 24 July – 6 August 2018, with return flights during 5-12 September 2018. Approximately 4,000 passengers are anticipated to travel with THAI on the Hajj Pilgrimage this year.
THAI aims to provide comfortable and convenient services to passengers traveling to participate in the Hajj Pilgrimage on these charter flights, all of which are operated according to highest safety standards. Furthermore, Halal meals and beverages will be served on all special flights, prepared in strict adherence to Islamic dietary requirements by THAI’s Halal kitchen that has HAL-Q certification.
